Focus your lens on the small details of life and be prepared to look at the world around you in a whole new way! Enjoy a day outdoors at UCSC Arboretum where we will enjoy focusing our lenses on the extraordinary details found in the extensive gardens and rare plant collections.
You can use a cell phone, point and shoot or DSLR camera during the workshop. We will review the unique aspects of macro photography: tools, lighting, focusing approaches, as well as creative composition techniques.
